Roller conveyors are a reliable and cost-effective conveyor, built using a series of rollers in a horizontal frame. They are ideal for transporting flat-bottomed objects like boxes, totes and cartons around a production area or warehouse, and are fully-customisable for different applications.
An efficient way to move your materials, until now, we have "(I) Gravity Driven Roller Conveyors", "(II) Chain Driven Roller Conveyors", "(III) 24V DC Motor Driven Roller Conveyor", "Pop-Up Transfer Conveyors", "Rotation Turntables" & "Flexible Expandable Conveyors", these conveyors are manufactured using premium components, are easy-to-maintain, and known for their reliability.

Gravity Roller Conveyors or Non-Powered Roller Conveyors are the most economical & common method of conveying unit loads. The conveyors are typically mounted on a slight decline angle, therefore using gravity to assist product movement, especially for long distances. They can also be used in applications where the conveyor is level and operators can push the product along to its final destination, allowing for multiple workstations, if needed.

Chain Driven Roller Conveyors are powered roller conveyors in which Chains & Sprockets positively drive the rollers. Designed for Heavy-Duty Material Handling Applications, they are ideal for transporting pallets, containers, drums, & other unit loads. They are well suited for dirty or oily environments, where other types of live roller conveyors may not perform as effectively.

Motor rollers use self-contained 24V DC motors to automate transport of heavy materials. They move materials safely, quietly & efficiently, using power only when materials are in transit. They’re built for low-maintenance, & engineered to integrate seamlessly with your existing systems.
They can be broken up into multiple ‘zones’ for smooth, controlled flow of materials. Each zone includes at least one motorised roller and multiple slave rollers, connected using round-belts, timing belts or micro-groove ‘Poly-V’ belts. Sensors are included in each zone to enable zero-pressure accumulation.

Facilitate right-angle directional changes within Chain Driven Roller Conveyors. These systems incorporate a pneumatic lift mechanism that raises a series of chain strands through the gaps between chain rollers, effectively driving heavy loads offline. Commonly utilized for transporting large, heavy items — including pallets, containers, and other unit loads — these conveyors seamlessly integrate with adjoining systems, workstations, and loading/unloading zones to enhance operational efficiency.

Provide a method of rotating unit loads when material lines intersect or change directions. Unlike Chain Transfer Devices, they maintain product orientation through an intersection. They can also be used to reverse the orientation of a product or allow a pass through depending on application requirements. When used in a system, they will typically slow through out and require more complex controls to ensure safety because of the rotating top assembly.

Offer both flexibility & mobility in confined areas, or on trucks and in warehouses. The main advantage of this conveyor is that it is expandable, with expansion ratios up to 4:1, and light weight. These telescoping conveyors are characterised by their long lasting performance even in the punishing conditions associated with shipping & receiving. Available in Skate Wheels, Race Wheels, Gravity Rollers & 24 Volt DC Rollers..
