Pre-sales Service 1. Interview and visit: In order to better understand each other, you are always welcome to visit our factory and communicate with us face to face;
2. Provide professional consulting: You are always welcome to consult any information, such as product, price, technology and automation solutions, etc;
3. Provide sample service: According to our clients’ requests, Ambermont’d like to make and send samples to our clients free of charge for their final decision;



In-sales Service 1. Integrity, responsibility and total customer dedication: No matter who you are, domestic or foreign clients, we all are: honest, respect, openness, responsibility, total customer dedication and excellence in all we do;
2. Guarantee both quality and quantity: AmberMont strictly implements the terms and conditions stipulated in the contract, complies with product standards and multi-inspection;

After-sales Service 1. Provides free installation, commissioning and training for our clients, ensures that they can skillfully operate our laser machine as early as they can;
2. Provides one year warranty (no human factors and force majeure factors) and lifetime maintenance, free repair for mechanical failure and parts damage under warranty (parts are provides for free of charge, excluding consumables). Even it’s out of warranty, we only charge for the cost;
3. After-sales service response time within 8 hours. When receive a repair call/e-mail, after-sales engineers will give a clear answer or reach the equipment site within 12 hours. Maintenance crews can not leave until troubleshooting;
4. Revisits all clients regularly each year and provides technical support at any time;
